Modern B&B strives to be a “different” sort of bed and breakfast, stressing a more modern design in a comfortable three-story home on Hazard Street, about six blocks from the Menil Collection and Rothko Chapel, 16 blocks from Rice University and the University of Saint Thomas in the Montrose district about halfway between downtown and the Galleria Mall area.
